Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your product is dispatched, we will automatically send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • You can use this number to track your package's journey in real-time through our courier partner's website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • We strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible. Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Damages

  • If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
